Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: September 12, 2026
Welcome to The Set Free Woman.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of The Set Free Woman website, programs, courses, coaching services, digital materials, community, trainings, quizzes, and other resources provided by The Set Free Woman (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing this website, purchasing a program or product, creating an account, or participating in The Set Free Woman, you agree to these Terms.
Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
The Set Free Woman website, programs, coaching services, and resources are intended for adults age 18 and older.
By purchasing or participating in our programs or services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.
2. Coaching and Educational Services
The Set Free Woman provides faith-based coaching, education, personal-development resources, and tools related to identity, relationships, emotional wellness, personal growth, and Christian faith.
Although Tara Reed is a Licensed Professional Counselor, services provided through The Set Free Woman are coaching and educational services and are separate from psychotherapy or professional counseling services.
Participation in The Set Free Woman does not establish a therapist-client relationship with Tara Reed or any other mental-health professional.
Please review our Disclaimer for additional information regarding the distinction between coaching and counseling.
3. Program Participation
Programs offered through The Set Free Woman may include various combinations of:
- Online lessons and educational materials
- Videos and audio resources
- Worksheets, exercises, and guided reflections
- Live or recorded group coaching
- Community participation
- Trainings and workshops
- Quizzes and self-reflection tools
- Other resources described at the time of enrollment
Specific program features, schedules, access periods, and services may vary by offer.
The features and access included with your purchase will be those described on the applicable sales, checkout, or enrollment page at the time you purchase.
4. Program and Course Access
When you purchase a program or digital product, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access the materials included with your purchase for the access period stated at the time of enrollment.
Different offers may include different periods of access to course materials, coaching, community participation, or other services.
Access to course materials does not necessarily mean continued access to live coaching or community features.
Your specific access period is determined by the offer under which you enrolled.
We may periodically update, improve, reorganize, or replace program materials as The Set Free Woman develops, provided that such changes do not materially deprive current participants of the core services included in their purchase.
5. Account Security and Personal Use
Your account and program access are for your personal use only.
You agree not to:
- Share your username or password with another person
- Allow another person to access paid program materials through your account
- Copy or distribute program materials
- Record or redistribute coaching calls, trainings, or community content without permission
- Upload paid materials to another website, group, platform, or file-sharing service
- Sell, reproduce, teach, or commercially use our materials without written authorization
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all original content provided through The Set Free Woman is owned by or licensed to The Set Free Woman and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
This includes, but is not limited to, original:
- The Set Free Woman program materials
- Borrowed Identities framework and materials
- Course lessons and frameworks
- Worksheets and exercises
- Quizzes and assessments
- Videos and audio recordings
- Guided prayers and meditations
- Written materials
- Graphics and presentations
- Trainings and downloadable resources
Your purchase gives you permission to use these materials for your own personal use.
Purchasing or participating in a program does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, modify, create commercial derivative materials from, teach from, or otherwise commercially exploit our proprietary materials without prior written permission.
7. Payments and Payment Plans
When you purchase a product or program from The Set Free Woman, you agree to pay the price presented at checkout.
If you select a payment plan, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge your selected payment method according to the payment schedule presented at the time of purchase.
A payment plan is an agreement to pay the full purchase price in installments. It is not a month-to-month subscription.
Choosing to discontinue participation in the program does not cancel your payment plan or your obligation to complete the remaining scheduled payments.
If a scheduled payment fails, we may attempt to process the payment again and may contact you to update your payment information.
Access to program materials, coaching, or community features may be suspended when required payments remain unpaid.
8. No Refund Policy
All purchases made through The Set Free Woman are final and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Because participants receive access to digital course materials, resources, coaching opportunities, and other program benefits upon enrollment, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, changes in personal circumstances, failure to participate, failure to complete the program, or dissatisfaction with individual results.
If you choose a payment plan, you are agreeing to pay the full purchase price in installments.
Failure to access course materials, attend coaching calls, participate in the community, complete lessons, or otherwise use the services made available to you does not cancel your payment obligation or create eligibility for a refund.
If you believe you have experienced a billing error or an incorrect charge, please contact us at [email protected] so we can review the issue.
9. Optional Community Subscription
After the initial community-access period included with The Set Free Woman program, participants may have the option to continue participating in The Set Free Woman community through a recurring monthly subscription.
The current subscription price and benefits will be disclosed when you choose to subscribe.
Unlike a payment plan for The Set Free Woman program, the optional community membership is a monthly subscription that may be canceled at any time.
When you cancel your community subscription, you will not be charged for future subscription periods. You may continue to have access through the end of the period for which you have already paid, after which your subscription access will end.
Payments already made for the current subscription period are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Canceling your optional community subscription does not cancel, reduce, or eliminate any outstanding payment obligations associated with a previous purchase or payment plan for The Set Free Woman program.
10. Coaching Calls and Live Events
When an offer includes live coaching, workshops, trainings, or other scheduled events, dates and times may occasionally change because of illness, emergencies, holidays, technology issues, scheduling needs, or other circumstances.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant schedule changes.
Participation in live coaching opportunities is the participant's responsibility. Missing a scheduled coaching call, event, workshop, or other live component does not ordinarily extend program access or create an entitlement to a refund.
11. Community Participation
The Set Free Woman may provide private communities, group coaching environments, or other spaces where participants interact with one another.
We want these spaces to remain respectful and supportive.
Participants agree not to engage in harassment, threats, discrimination, intimidation, abusive behavior, solicitation, spam, unauthorized promotion, or behavior that significantly disrupts the community.
We reserve the right to moderate content and, when reasonably necessary to protect the community, restrict or remove a participant's community access for serious or repeated violations of these expectations.
Removal from the community due to a participant's conduct does not create an entitlement to a refund or eliminate outstanding payment obligations.
12. Privacy Within Groups and Communities
Participants may hear personal stories or receive personal information from other women during coaching calls or within the community.
We ask participants to respect one another's privacy and not share another participant's personal story, identifying information, screenshots, posts, comments, or other private information outside the program without that person's permission.
However, because group environments involve other participants, The Set Free Woman cannot guarantee that information voluntarily shared in a group or community setting will remain confidential.
Please use discretion when deciding what personal information you choose to share.
13. Coaching Is Not Emergency Support
The Set Free Woman does not provide emergency, crisis, or on-demand mental-health services.
Messages, community posts, emails, coaching questions, or other communications may not be reviewed immediately and should never be used to request emergency assistance.
If you are experiencing an emergency or believe you or another person is in immediate danger, contact appropriate emergency or crisis services in your location.
In the United States, call 911 for an immediate emergency or call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
14. Personal Responsibility
The Set Free Woman provides tools, education, coaching, and opportunities for reflection and growth. You remain responsible for your own choices, actions, relationships, health, safety, and decisions.
You understand that participation may involve discussing or reflecting upon difficult emotions, experiences, relationships, beliefs, or personal patterns.
You are responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for you and for seeking licensed medical, mental-health, legal, financial, pastoral, or other professional assistance when needed.
15. No Guarantee of Results
We believe meaningful growth and transformation are possible, but we cannot guarantee any particular outcome.
Every woman, marriage, relationship, and healing journey is different.
Participation in The Set Free Woman does not guarantee changes in your marriage, spouse, family, emotional health, circumstances, faith, finances, or other areas of your life.
Testimonials and participant stories represent individual experiences and are not promises or guarantees that another participant will experience the same results.
16. Marriage and Relationship Decisions
The Set Free Woman does not make decisions for participants regarding whether to remain in, leave, separate from, reconcile, or otherwise change a marriage or relationship.
Nothing within the program should be interpreted as advice to remain in an abusive, dangerous, or unsafe situation.
Participants experiencing abuse, violence, threats, coercive control, stalking, or other safety concerns should seek appropriate professional, legal, emergency, or domestic-violence support.
17. Faith-Based Nature of the Program
The Set Free Woman is intentionally Christian and may incorporate Scripture, biblical teachings, prayer, Christian beliefs, and faith-based perspectives.
By participating, you understand that Christian faith is an integral part of the program's approach.
Faith-based coaching and education do not replace professional medical or mental-health treatment, pastoral care, legal advice, or other professional services when those services are needed.
18. Third-Party Platforms
We may use third-party platforms to deliver portions of our website, programs, payments, email communications, quizzes, videos, communities, scheduling, or other services.
Your use of those platforms may also be subject to the respective provider's terms and privacy practices.
We are not responsible for interruptions or circumstances outside our reasonable control involving third-party platforms.
19. Website and Program Availability
We make reasonable efforts to maintain access to our website and online resources but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, updates, technical problems, third-party platform issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Set Free Woman and its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from use of our website, programs, materials, coaching, community, or services.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services, programs, business practices, technology, or legal requirements.
The Last Updated date at the top of this page will indicate when these Terms were most recently revised.
For purchases already made, material changes to these Terms will not retroactively alter specific payment, refund, or access terms promised as part of the applicable offer except where permitted or required by law.
22. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
