To Save Their Troubled Marriages By Healing Codependency, And Changing Destructive Patterns.
Hi, I'm Tara Reed
Even though we haven't worked together yet, I bet I know a few things about you...
- You’re the woman who’s been fighting for your marriage—trying to love harder, communicate better, and hold everything together—while he seems content to stay the same. You’re exhausted from carrying all the emotional weight, wondering when someone else will finally meet you halfway. Â
- You feel a knot in your stomach when he walks through the door, but you can’t even explain why. You tell yourself not to overthink it, yet guilt and anxiety follow you around like shadows, making you question what you did wrong—again.

Let me introduce
My Background
After reshaping my own story of codependency over the past decade—and walking alongside countless women and couples facing similar struggles—I began to notice something. The women who experience the deepest fulfillment in their relationships share one thing in common: a secure identity in Christ and the ability to live from the freedom He purchased on the cross.
They have learned to stop tying their sense of worth and peace to their husband’s actions or approval. Instead, they are grounded in their true identity in Christ, carrying a DEEP, unshakable confidence that their value and acceptance come from Him alone. They know that true freedom comes through Christ and the life He purchased for them on the cross—a freedom Jesus promised in John 8:36: “So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.
That freedom produces healthy cycles—completely opposite the destructive patterns they once lived under. They begin to understand a life-changing truth: their life belongs to God, it is precious in His sight (Psalm 139:14), and it’s meant to be lived freely in Him. From that place of rootedness, their marriages and families start to transform.
So many women spend endless hours chasing answers—listening to self-help voices, praying long, desperate prayers that feel unanswered, or consuming content that only validates their pain. Yet despite all their effort, nothing truly changes. They remain stuck.
Why? Because no one has helped them see what’s really happening beneath the surface. No one has given words to the dysfunction or revealed the invisible chains keeping them bound.
Until now.

Stories of Hope & Transformation
Â
There is something powerful about hearing from women who have walked this journey before you.
These are real stories from women who felt exhausted from trying to hold everything together, overwhelmed by fear and shame, disconnected from themselves, and desperate for something to change. They came seeking answers for their marriages, but discovered that God was inviting them into something even deeper—a journey of healing, freedom, and becoming the woman He created them to be.
As you read their words and watch their stories, remember: this isn't about finding perfect women with perfect lives. It's about ordinary women saying "yes" to God's invitation to heal, grow, and live differently.
If He did it for them, He can do it for you, too.
"They overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony..." — Revelation 12:11

Sometimes seeing the hope in someone's eyes and hearing the emotion in their voice says more than words on a page ever could.
Listen as these women share where they started, what God revealed to them, and how their lives and relationships have been transformed.
WHAT ARE WOMEN SAYING
“I was surprised by the intensity of the emotions that surfaced during the stream of consciousness exercise. There was a deep sense of sadness—almost grief—as I reflected on lost time and recognized the harm caused by my old ways of handling conflict, overwhelming emotions, and stress in my marriage. I felt sorrow for who I once was, and I also felt a sense of shame over my past actions. At the same time, this experience allowed me to clearly see those patterns laid out before me. In putting them on paper, it felt like bringing them into the light of God’s truth rather than leaving them hidden. And in that light, I don’t just see my past—I also see hope. Hope that I can learn from these patterns, grow beyond them, and intentionally seek God for comfort, healing, and clarity as I move forward. Ephesians 5:13 “But everything exposed by the light becomes visible—and everything that is illuminated becomes a light.”
“I loveeeee the grow sheets and videos so much it feels like you’re just sitting and having coffee with me you make them feel so personal and amazing, but the videos and grow sheets just feel like a Mega bonus to the weekly zooms! I literally would even pay for the program just based on those. They are SO valuable, and it’s an amazing community.”
IN WHAT WAYS HAVE YOU NOTICED GROWN OR CHANGE IN. YOUR LIFE?
TOOLS I HAVE LEARNED
HOW IS MY MARRIAGE DIFFERENT NOW?Â
"My marriage has changed because I have had to learn a whole new language of communication—and I’m still learning. It feels like learning how to talk all over again, but in a healthy way. I’m learning how to ask with curiosity, gain understanding, and exude more love and grace."
"My marriage is no longer the things that drive me to feel good or not good about myself. I feel like I’m slowly losing the codependency that used to drive my relationships."
