The Set Free Woman provides faith-based coaching, education, resources, and personal-development tools designed to support women as they explore relationship patterns, personal growth, emotional wellness, faith, identity, and healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.
Please read this Disclaimer carefully before using this website, participating in The Set Free Woman programs, or using any of our resources.
Coaching Is Not Counseling or Psychotherapy
The Set Free Woman is a coaching and educational program. It is not psychotherapy, counseling, mental-health treatment, or medical care.
Although Tara Reed is a Licensed Professional Counselor, her role within The Set Free Woman is separate from her role as a licensed mental-health professional.
Participation in The Set Free Woman, including viewing trainings, completing quizzes or assessments, participating in coaching calls or community discussions, purchasing courses or programs, communicating through the program, or using materials provided through this website, does not establish a therapist-client relationship with Tara Reed or any other mental-health professional.
Coaching is designed to support personal insight, growth, education, and action. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any mental-health condition.
If you need psychotherapy, counseling, psychiatric care, medical treatment, or another licensed professional service, please seek assistance from an appropriately qualified professional.
Not a Substitute for Professional Care
The information provided through The Set Free Woman is for educational, informational, coaching, and personal-development purposes.
Nothing contained on this website, within the program, in videos, podcasts, trainings, coaching calls, community discussions, quizzes, assessments, emails, social-media content, downloadable resources, or other materials should be considered medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
You are responsible for determining when professional care is appropriate for you.
Do not disregard or delay seeking professional advice or treatment because of something you have learned through The Set Free Woman.
Crisis and Emergency Situations
The Set Free Woman is not a crisis service or emergency mental-health service.
If you believe you or another person may be in immediate danger, are experiencing a mental-health emergency, or are at risk of harming yourself or someone else, contact emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource in your location.
In the United States, you may call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. In an immediate emergency, call 911.
Marriage and Relationship Decisions
The Set Free Woman is designed to help women better understand themselves, recognize patterns, develop healthier boundaries, strengthen their identity, and make thoughtful choices about how they show up in their relationships.
The Set Free Woman does not tell participants whether they should remain in or leave a marriage or relationship.
Relationship circumstances are complex and individual. Decisions involving separation, divorce, reconciliation, legal matters, finances, safety, or other significant life circumstances should be made carefully and, when appropriate, with qualified professional guidance.
Nothing within The Set Free Woman should be interpreted as a recommendation to remain in an unsafe or abusive situation.
If you are experiencing domestic violence, abuse, coercive control, threats, stalking, or concerns about your safety or the safety of your children, seek assistance from qualified local professionals or appropriate emergency and domestic-violence resources.
Faith-Based Content
The Set Free Woman incorporates Christian beliefs, biblical principles, prayer, Scripture, and faith-based perspectives as part of its educational and coaching approach.
These teachings are intended to support personal and spiritual reflection. They are not intended to replace pastoral care, theological counsel, mental-health treatment, medical treatment, or other professional services when those services are needed.
Participants remain responsible for their own beliefs, interpretations, decisions, and actions.
Quizzes and Borrowed Identities
Any quizzes, assessments, questionnaires, or descriptions of Borrowed Identities provided by The Set Free Woman are educational and self-reflective tools.
They are not psychological tests, clinical assessments, diagnoses, or validated diagnostic instruments, and their results should not be interpreted as a mental-health diagnosis or professional psychological evaluation.
The Borrowed Identity framework is intended to help women recognize patterns they may have learned or adopted and to encourage deeper reflection and personal growth.
Personal Responsibility
Transformation requires personal participation, reflection, practice, and individual choice.
You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, relationships, health, safety, and results.
Information provided through The Set Free Woman should be considered alongside your own circumstances, judgment, values, and, when appropriate, advice from qualified professionals.
Participation in a coaching program does not transfer responsibility for personal decisions or outcomes to The Set Free Woman or Tara Reed.
No Guarantee of Results
Every woman, marriage, relationship, and healing journey is different.
While The Set Free Woman is designed to provide education, tools, support, and opportunities for growth, we cannot and do not guarantee any particular personal, emotional, spiritual, relational, marital, financial, or other outcome.
Participation does not guarantee that a marriage will improve, reconcile, remain intact, or produce any particular response or change from a spouse or another person.
Your results will depend upon many factors, including circumstances outside the control of The Set Free Woman.
Testimonials and Stories
The stories and testimonials shared through The Set Free Woman represent the experiences of individual participants.
They are shared to illustrate personal experiences and possibilities and should not be interpreted as promises, guarantees, or representations that another participant will experience the same results.
Individual results vary.
Community and Group Coaching
The Set Free Woman may include group coaching, community discussions, live calls, or opportunities for participants to interact with one another.
While participants may be encouraged to respect one another's privacy, The Set Free Woman cannot guarantee that other participants will maintain the confidentiality of information voluntarily shared in a group or community environment.
Participants should use discretion when deciding what personal information to share.
